Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes

Description

Our products are distinguished by their dependability, high quality, and durability. The stainless steel pipes and tubes we manufacture are rust and corrosion-resistant. You can use them for as diverse needs as making furniture, providing architectural supports, in sanitary appointments to be used in washrooms, medical equipment like cannulas, food processing units, industrial plants, furnishing in homes and offices, fences, gates, playground, and athletic equipment, and in construction of different kinds of edifices and utilities like elevators. Our stainless steel pipes and tubes come in as varied grades as JT, J4, 304, 316, and 409. Their properties include a size range of 9.50 mm OD to 101.40 mm OD (3/8 inch to 4 inches); and a thickness range of 0.60 mm to 4.00 mm. The finishes include 2B, matt, glossy, and mirror.

Tubes that have a glossy or mirror finish are perfect for making furniture, especially things like tables and chairs, as they are heat resistant, and are easy to clean. The latter property makes stainless steel a hygienic option. The stainless steel pipes and tubes which are used for decorative purposes have a chromium percentage as high as between 24-26 percent, and a nickel content range between 19-22 percentage to ensure that the final product has durability and an unmatchable gleam. Such pipes and tubes are used as furnishings like handrails on stairs, elevator interior rails, curtain pelmets, and frames for glass partitions. They are also excellent for use in high-end washrooms.

Our clients recognize the sustainability of using stainless steel pipes and tubes in their applications as the basic material can be recycled almost completely. This makes using stainless steel pipes and tubes in interior designing and in architecture a consciously environment-friendly decision. They are corrosion resistant, do not oxidize easily, and are low maintenance. Further, if care is taken to prevent their getting scratches, then the aesthetic value is undiminished for years. In such uses where the risk of scratches exists, it would be advisable to use pipes and tubes which have a matte finish.
